The file you have is probably good enough
The most common reason people delay a mat order is worrying that their logo file is wrong. In practice, almost any recognisable version of a logo can be rebuilt. Send what you have — an email signature image, a screenshot of your website header, a photograph of your shopfront sign — and the studio redraws it cleanly at no extra cost.

Colour: getting the brand right
Give the studio your brand colour references if you have them — Pantone numbers are ideal, otherwise hex or CMYK values. Where an exact Pantone match is required, say so upfront so the proof reflects it. Woven and printed mat colours are reproduced within practical manufacturing tolerances, which the digital proof lets you check before committing.

Every order includes a vector redraw of your artwork and a digital proof on your exact dimensions. Nothing is manufactured until you approve that proof.
Sizing and layout
- Give width and height in millimetres, always in that order — for example 1400 × 1000 mm.
- Leave breathing room: a logo that runs to the very edge loses definition where the pile meets the border.
- Consider which direction people walk in. A wide logo reads better across a doorway than a tall one.
- Fine text below roughly 40 mm cap height is hard to read on a textured pile — simplify taglines rather than shrinking them.
- Simple, bold shapes with strong colour contrast survive wear far better than delicate line detail.
